Yellow Labradors: Wonderful With Children

There no doubts that bringing home a Labrador will be one of the best decisions you will ever make, especially if there are children in the home who want a family pet with whom to play with and care for. Though Labradors can be of many different colors, Yellow Labradors are the ones that you should choose ahead of Black or other colored Labradors because they are excellent around children and thus are very popular family pet dogs. Part of this popularity stems from them being portrayed as great pets in many television shows and in the movies.

It is normal for Yellow Labradors to grow to about two feet in height and they generally weigh between fifty-five and eighty pounds and of course, males are larger than the females. Though Labradors come in different colors including Black, Silver and Chocolate, the Yellow Labradors are much preferred ? perhaps because of their excellent temperament and cool personality. In addition, Yellow Labradors are very friendly and loving and also very patient and aggressiveness or meanness are qualities seldom associated with this breed.

One of the more noticeable aspects about Yellow Labradors is that they love the company of humans and they are particularly good when in the company of children and despite their rather large size, they will not harm young children and not elderly people either.

He is also adaptable and likes the company of humans and is also properly behaved in the presence of other animals including even cats. He has a fondness for children, is very playful and also full of energy and thus requires to be exercised in the open.

One of the great things about the Yellow Labrador is that they can be trained very easily and they are also very sociable creatures even in the company of other animals, which includes cats as well. This is one Labrador type that enjoys being in the company of its master and it also likes to do what his master is doing. So, as an owner you should be prepared to spend time playing with him and also enjoy the companionship and friendship that Yellow Labradors provide.

If there is one Labrador type that is ideally suited as a family pet dog, it is the Yellow Labrador whose intelligence and friendly nature make him a wonderful companion and he is also particularly gentle when in the presence of old people and also little children.

However, you need to have enough space to hold such large sized pets and they should be able to run about and play without being cramped for space. The Yellow Labrador is a playful sort and he loves to play with his owner and he is also amenable to being socialized and will adjust to other animals as well including even cats.

This is one trait that really makes him an ideal family pet and so you can be assured that owning A Yellow Labrador is going to be more of a joy and very little of a problem.
