Although Poodle puppies do not seem to be adequate guard dogs, they serve as an excellent alarm when strangers approach the house. This is just one of the many reasons why people are looking for Poodles for sale instead of any other type of breed. Not only are they excellent alarm dogs, but they also do not shed because they have more hair then fur, which does not shed and make a mess all over.

This means those who suffer from allergies can finally have a dog that they can snuggle up with without sneezing their brains out. Of course, you do not have to be allergic to dog hair in order to hate the shedding, as it is frustrating to have such a mess around the house. A lot of people never win that on-going battle of vacuuming dog hair everyday and eventually just give up. But with Poodle puppies, they no longer have to worry about it.

For most people, the only way to find Poodles for sale is through the local newspaper because they are not willing to take any risks online. If you are living in a fairly small community it may take you a few weeks, or even a few months, to find the right Poodle puppies for you. But that does not bother most people because being able to see the puppies in person means that you will be well aware of what you are paying for instead of it being a surprise.

With using the newspaper for your searching, you may find that your weekly or monthly search for puppies may be a little dry and that could all just be dependant upon how active breeders are in your area.

If you live in a smaller town, you are less likely to have hundred of breeders advertising but you do at least get to see the puppies in person when you do find a breeder near your home. And for a lot of people, just having that chance is well worth the wait.

But then again there are a lot of people who even though they may have a lot of time at their disposal, they really just do not want to wait. Those people will often be found looking for Poodles for sale online and just feel that having the selection that is on there is worth any financial risk they take.

It is almost the best and only way to get the biggest selection of Poodles for sale but there are downfalls to going this route. One of the biggest problems that people come across is not being able to see the Poodle puppies in person. Generally, if the breeder is solid this is not a problem, but as we are know, there is always a rotten apple in every bunch.

Also, the Poodles for sale online often have to be shipped to you and there is the shipping costs that you, as the buyer are responsible for. The shipping costs can be a few hundred dollars.
